The Independent called Rachel Parris a Bright Young Thing of Comedy in 2014. She was nominated for a Chortle award and was one of the Huffington Post’s Funniest 50 Women on Twitter. She was runner-up in the Funny Women Awards and the Musical Comedy Awards. For a brief time, the word "award" was absorbed into her name. She is a founder member of the award-winning Austentatious. She was Roy’s girlfriend in the IT Crowd Finale Special and she presented Game of Thrones fanshow, Thronecast. "Fanshow" is a word.

Katy Schutte is one of Brighton’s The Maydays impro group and has toured with Fluxx, improvised musicals with Music Box and is one half of the 5-star two woman* long form show Katy and Rach. She trained at the Second City and iO bootcamps in Chicago, as well as with teachers from The Annoyance and UCB**.

* stars divided thusly: two stars each and access to the spare fifth star every other weekend. Two Women Five Stars is not the title of a video on the internet.

** Not to be confused with USB.  Course not online.
